Tonight, Danish Maria Timm touched down in Rotown (Rotterdam). Sadly the crowd wasn’t very big but this fact certainly didn’t bother Maria Timm who declared to be very happy with the response of the crowd.

The set was very varied, the first part was somewhat easy listening and after Maria Timm announced to take it “up” the set definitely got more vibe to it. The bass player turned it up a level and the whole band showed more energetic which was clearly picked up by the crowd who were dancing at their best.

To describe her own sound, Maria Timm claims she sounds like “a ballsy The Knife meets The Rapture with female vocals”, a description I can completely agree with!
